The Picture Anchor tool ensures that the position of an image in a Word document remains fixed. It works like this: Step 1: Launch Microsoft Word on your computer. Step 2: From the Ribbon tab, select Insert. Step 3: Select the images and choose Insert image from your PC, online or from image bank. Step 4: Once your image is in the document, right click on it to reveal a menu. Step 5: Select Wrap Text and choose any of the text wrapping styles except In line with text, which is the default setting for all placed images. Step 6: Select the image and a semicircle should appear up. Step 7: Select the semicircle and mark the circle next to Pin position to page to ensure your image remains fixed.
