Note: The extension ‘Save web page as Word document’ can only be used in Google Chrome or a Chromium based web browser (eg UC browser). Here is how to use the extension to convert web pages. Step 1: Go to the Chrome Webstore to install and add the ‘Save web page as Word document’ extension to your browser and tap Add to Chrome button

Step 3: Visit the web page you want to convert to a Word document or reload a previously opened page. Note: After you install / add the extension to your browser, it will not work for tabs that were open before the installation / update unless those tabs are reloaded or Chrome is restarted. Step 4: Tap the “Save web page as Word document” extension icon next to your browser’s address bar.
You can also right-click anywhere on the page and select the ‘Save this page as docx’ option from the context menu.
That processes the web page and converts it to a Word document in the background. After about 2 – 4 seconds you will be redirected to a page (in a new tab) where you can download the converted Word document to your computer. Step 5: Your file name will be displayed in the new browser tab. Tap on ‘Download your file now’ button to download the (converted) web page to your computer.
Now you can check your PC’s Downloads folder (or wherever you saved the file) to open the file and open, edit, or share it with others in your Microsoft Word app.
