We know that password managers are good for us, but most of us prefer to eat the password equivalent of junk food. Import existing passwords

For LastPass, just click on it and you will see all the corresponding logins for that site. Click the one you want, and the email and password will be filled in instantly. You can then click on the Login button button. For other password managers like Bitwarden, you may have to click the icon in the top right corner of your web browser (as shown below) and click login to use.
Log into an app with a password manager
When using a password manager on your phone, you need to give your password manager permission to display over other apps and websites, which means enabling the accessibility service. This should only be done for trusted apps like LastPass and Bitwarden. Having your login details entered for websites automatically saves a lot of time, but you can do the same with apps on your phone also. In most cases, you only need to log into this app once, as LastPass will detect this and offer to save the details just like on a website. The next time you need to log in to the app, LastPass will enter the details automatically.
Sync and access passwords across all your devices
Most password managers store your logins securely (using encryption) in the cloud, which means they are available on all your supported devices and web browsers. For each device or web browser, all you need to do is install the app or browser extension, log in with that master email address and password, and have access to all your saved logins. Most password managers, including LastPass, can also store other sensitive data, like your credit and debit card details, and enter them into the correct fields when you’re paying for things on websites. Once you’ve added all your apps and websites, you can safely and quickly log into them without having to remember any of them and without compromising your security.
